যেহেতু অফিশিয়াল নোটিফিকেশন এ শিলিগুড়ির নাম উল্লেখ আছে তাই যে যে north bengal district জেলা গুলো রয়েছে সেগুলো থেকে স্টুডেন্ট রা অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবে এবং তার জন্য যেভাবে এপ্লাই করতে হবে সেটা হল অনলাইনে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে হবে 14 ই নভেম্বর থেকে অনলাইনে রেজিস্ট্রেশন প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হয়ে গেছে এবং রেজিস্ট্রেশন প্রসেস 28 সে ডিসেম্বর পর্যন্ত চলবে।

Soldier Technical ( Aviation / Ammunition Examiner)	17 ½ – 23	01 October 1997 to 01 April 2003	169	77 ( + 5 Cm ex-pansion)	10+2 / Intermediate Exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths & English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate in all subject and 40% marks in each subject.
Soldier Nursing Assistant	17 ½ – 23	01 October 1997 to 01 April 2003	169	77 ( + 5 Cm ex-pansion)	10+2 / Intermediate Exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with Mini-mum 50% marks in aggregate in all subject and 40% marks in each subject. OR 10+2/ Intermediate Exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology and English with Minimum 50% marks in aggregate in all subject and 40% marks in each subject.
Soldier Clerk / Store Keeper Technical	17 ½ – 23	01 October 1997 to 01 April 2003	162	77 ( + 5 Cm ex-pansion)	10+2 / Intermediate Exam pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60% marks in ag-gregate and minimum 50% in each subject. Securing 50% in English and Maths / Accounts / Book Keeping in Class 12th is mandatory.
Soldier Tradesman (All Arms) 10th Pass (Chef, Washermen, Support Staff (ER), Dresser, Steward, Artisan (Wood Work), Painter and Tailor)	17 ½ – 23	01 October 1997 to 01 April 2003	169	76 ( + 5 Cm ex-pansion)	(i) Class 10th Simple Pass. (ii) No stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored minimum 33% in each subject.
Soldier Tradesman (All Arms) 8th Pass (Mess Keeper and House Keeper)	17 ½ – 23	01 October 1997 to 01 April 2003	169	76 ( + 5 Cm ex-pansion)	(i) Class 8th Simple Pass. (ii) No stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored minimum 33% in each sub-ject.

Candidates are required to bring following documents/certificates in original with two attested photocopies with them to the rally site :-
(a) Admit Card. Printed with Laser Printer on good quality paper (Do not shrink the size).
(b) Photograph. Twenty copies of unattested Passport size colour photographs developed on good quality photographic paper in white background not more than three months old. Computer printouts / photo shopped photographs will NOT be accepted.
(c) Education Certificates.
(i) Education Certificates with marks sheet in original of all educational qualifications achieved by candidate i.e. Matric / Intermediate / Graduation etc from recognized School / College / Board / University.
(ii) Provisional / online education certificate should be certified true copy and be ink signed by the head of the educational institution of concerned Board / University.
(iii) Candidates with matric certificate from Open School should bring School Leaving Certificate countersigned by BEO / DEO.
(iv) 8th Class pass mark sheet and transfer certificate issued by school should be countersigned by District Inspector of School/ District Education Officer.
(d) Domicile Certificate. Domicile Certificate with photograph issued by Tehsildar / District Magistrate.
(e) Caste Certificate. Caste Certificate affixed with photograph of the candidate issued by the Tehsildar / District Magistrate.
(f) Religion Certificate. Religion Certificate issued by the Tehsildar / SDM. (if religion as “SIKH/HINDU/MUSLIM/CHRISTIAN” is not mentioned in caste certificate).
(g) School Character Certificate. School Character Certificate issued by the School / College Principal / Headmaster, where the candidate last studied.
(h) Character Certificate. Character Certificate with photograph issued by Village Sarpanch / Municipal Corporation within last six months.
(j) Unmarried Certificate. Unmarried Certificate for candidates less than 21 years of age with photograph issued by Village Sarpanch / Municipal Corporation within last six months.
(k) Relationship Certificate. SOS / SOEX / SOW / SOWW Candidates are required to produce the following documents on the rally site :-
(i) Relationship certificate issued from respective Record Office only duly signed by Record Officer with Personal number, Rank, Name and particular of the Record Officer issuing the Relationship Certificate with office seal/stamp is endorsed.
(ii) A declaration to the affect as mentioned in the Affidavit on Ten Rupees Non-Judicial Stamp paper prepared by the Ex Servicemen (ESM) duly signed by 1st Class / Executive / Judicial Magistrate is required to be submitted by the candidate at rally site. Format of affidavit as per Appendix A.
(iii) Original Discharge Book of Ex-Serviceman also to be produced. Name and date of birth of the candidate must have been recorded in it.
(l) NCC Certificate. NCC A / B / C certificates and Republic Day Parade certificate should have photograph of the candidate duly attested by issuing authority. Provisional NCC A / B / C pass certificates will only be accepted if authenticated by concerned NCC Group Commanders.
(m) Sports Certificate.
(i) Sportsmen who have represented India at International level and State at National level within the last two years. For list of sports under which, relaxation in physical standards is admissible, attention is invited to www.joinindianarmy.nic.in website.

(ii) Sportsmen who have represented District at State level and University team or regional team at District level with 1st /2nd position within last two years. Sports certificates should be with registration number and from govt recognized sports institutes / bodies as under:-
(aa) All Senior/Junior National – Respective National Championship certificates Federation.
(ab) All State & District level certificates – Respective State Sports Association.
(ac) All University level certificates – Inter University Sports Board.
(ad) All School level certificates – All India School Games Federation.
(n) Affidavit. Duly signed by candidate on Rs 10/- Non-Judicial Stamp Paper as per specimen duly attested by notary will be submitted by candidate. Format of affidavit is as per Appendix B.
(o) Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & AADHAR Card. Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & Aadhar Card are mandatory documents for final enrolment for purpose of Pay & allowances and other social benefits scheme.

How To Apply:

Indian Army Recruitment Rally west bengal 2020 will be held for eligible candidates of districts Jalpaiguri, Darjeeling, Alipurduar, Malda, Kalimpong, Uttar Dinajpur, Dakshin Dinajpur and Cooch Behar. Exact date, location and venue of rally will be confirmed later as per COVID-19 pandemic situation. Online registration is mandatory and will be open from 14 November 2020 to 28 December 2020. Admit Cards for the rally will be sent to candidates registered e-mail 15 days prior to the commencement of rally. Candidate should reach the venue on given date and time as mentioned in the Ad-mit Card. Any candidate who fails to submit his application will not be allowed to participate in the Rally.

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS MANDATORY AND WILL BE OPENED FROM 14 NOVEMBER 2020 TO 28 DECEMBER 2020 FOR SOLDIER GENERAL DUTY, SOLDIER TECHNICAL, SOLDIER CLERK/ STORE KEEPER TECHNICAL, SOLDIER TRADESMEN 10TH PASS, SOLDIER TRADESMEN 8TH PASS, AND SOLDIER TECHNICAL NURSING ASSISTANT
